Process Integration & Yield Engineering PhD Intern

About the role

The intern will analyze yield, defect and process data, run experiments, and use microscopy and statistical methods to find root causes and improve semiconductor manufacturing. The role requires current PhD enrollment in a technical field, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and on-site work in a fabrication environment.
