Leads module-level development of die-to-wafer hybrid bonding, from defining the technology roadmap through first-of-a-kind platform builds to high-volume manufacturing. Requires deep hybrid bonding expertise, yield and reliability improvement, equipment-vendor partnership, and mentoring of senior technical staff.
