LTD Product Development Engineer

About the role

Develops and validates test programs for semiconductor wafer sort, class test, burn-in and parametric testing to improve yield, performance and reliability. Works with technology development, design, yield and quality teams to define test plans and debug unexpected results. Requires a PhD or MS in electrical or computer engineering, with additional experience for MS holders.
