About the role

This role develops, optimizes and characterizes leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes and supports their transfer into high-volume production. Work spans lithography, etching, thin-film deposition, metrology and yield analysis, using DOE and statistical process control. Candidates need a STEM doctorate and hands-on fabrication experience.
