About the role

The role finds root causes of yield loss in advanced logic chip manufacturing and drives process changes to improve it. The engineer analyzes fab, defect, and electrical data using statistics and machine learning, and works with design and factory teams. Requires a STEM PhD and 2+ years in advanced semiconductor process work.
