Advanced Packaging TD Plating Module Engineer

About the role

Develops and optimizes advanced packaging process modules, covering material selection, metrology and equipment design, through feasibility studies and simulations for high-volume manufacturing. Works with suppliers and cross-functional teams on technology roadmaps and process integration, and needs a graduate STEM degree plus semiconductor processing and statistical process control experience.
