Owns high-volume wafer packaging equipment and process controls in a semiconductor fab, covering excursion prevention, metrology, and defect reduction. Coordinates tool installations and qualifications during factory ramps, and works with suppliers and global sites on technology transfer. Requires a STEM bachelor's degree and 1+ years of semiconductor or high-tech process equipment experience.
