About the role

This role owns high-volume wafer packaging equipment and laser process modules in a semiconductor fab, covering process development, inline metrology, excursion prevention, and tool ramps. It works with global sites and suppliers to transfer qualifications and drive defect reduction. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's with 1+ years of semiconductor or process-equipment experience, or a master's.
