Module Development Engineering Manager

About the role

Leads a team of engineers who develop and transfer advanced technology for module work across wafer processing, assembly and test, and repair factories. Owns technology roadmaps, sets priorities, and partners with integration, device, yield, and supplier teams. Requires a technical degree, years of engineering leadership, and expertise in optical characterization, statistics, and data analysis.
