Module Development Engineer - CMP

About the role

The role develops and sustains chemical mechanical planarization processes for multiple materials and device architectures in semiconductor manufacturing. The engineer leads process integration, equipment and materials partnerships, feasibility studies, and roadmap pathfinding for high-volume production. It requires a STEM degree and several years of semiconductor processing experience.
