About the role

This role maintains, troubleshoots and improves semiconductor packaging tools in a cleanroom. It covers electrical and mechanical repairs, calibration, preventive maintenance, and data analysis, and supports engineering experiments and factory ramp installations. Candidates need hands-on equipment experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work compressed 12-hour shifts.
