About the role

Maintains, troubleshoots and calibrates wafer packaging manufacturing tools in a cleanroom, handling electrical and mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance. Partners with engineers on experiments and data analysis to improve tool uptime, and requires a diploma plus several years of equipment or trade experience, with rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
