Senior Standard Cell Library Engineer

About the role

This role designs and validates standard cell library components, covering circuit layout, extraction, characterization, and optimization for power, performance, and area. The engineer runs fast experiments, produces custom cell collateral on request, and communicates results to technical and management audiences. It requires a STEM bachelor's, two-plus years in cell layout or characterization, and EDA tool experience.
