Semiconductor Device Modeling Engineer

About the role

This role characterizes semiconductor device behavior and builds or updates compact device models for new process technologies, ensuring accurate simulations for design teams. It requires a graduate degree in electrical engineering or a related field, programming in Python or C, and knowledge of device physics and circuit simulation. Experience with BSIM models and Cadence tools is a plus.
