Senior GPU Physical Design Engineer

About the role

This role handles the physical implementation of GPU chip designs from RTL to GDS, including synthesis, place and route, clock tree synthesis, and timing and layout signoff. The engineer optimizes power, performance, and area on advanced process nodes and builds flow automation, so ASIC tooling and Tcl or Python scripting experience are needed.
