Thermal Analysis Engineer

About the role

This role researches and prototypes novel semiconductor devices, packages and interconnects using device physics, electromagnetics and materials science, running experiments and electrical characterization. Candidates need a relevant engineering or science degree, several years of fabrication and packaging experience, and skill with FEA/CFD simulation tools and Python or MATLAB.
