Radio Frequency Test Process Engineer

About the role

The role leads test technology and process development for advanced semiconductor packaging, including analog power and thermal characterization, power delivery calibration, and ATE and bench device testing. It requires working knowledge of RF lab instruments such as spectrum and signal analyzers, VNAs and TDRs, plus hands-on manufacturing process and excursion experience.
