About the role

This staff-level role leads yield performance for next-generation advanced packaging substrates, working with suppliers in Japan to reduce defects, close technical issues, and strengthen process control. The engineer runs structured investigations, applies statistical and spatial analytics, and supports DFM, qualification, and ramp readiness. An expatriate assignment in Japan is required.
