Silicon Packaging Design Architect

About the role

Drives end-to-end semiconductor package design, turning product requirements into package architecture and making tradeoffs across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and reliability standards. Works with silicon, hardware, and package teams and EDA partners, and needs hands-on packaging experience plus expertise in industry package design tools.
