About the role

This technician role keeps semiconductor packaging equipment running in a cleanroom through troubleshooting, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance on wet chemistry, plating and high-vacuum tools. The work involves reading schematics, documenting maintenance, and partnering with engineers on root-cause analysis. Candidates need an associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
