Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS)

About the role

Designs and optimizes semiconductor assembly and packaging processes on a night shift, covering process specifications, reliability testing, and manufacturability. Requires a technical bachelor's degree and two or more years of hands-on packaging or technology manufacturing experience; SPC and DOE skills are a plus.
