About the role

Provides real-time support on a 24x7 substrate packaging manufacturing line, keeping lots moving through troubleshooting, error recovery, lot disposition and shift pass-downs. Requires an engineering degree in a materials, mechanical, chemical or physics discipline plus experience with metrology, lithography or laser tools; SPC and recipe creation are a plus.
