The role provides real-time 24x7 factory floor support for substrate packaging manufacturing on a day shift in Arizona, covering equipment issues, error recovery, lot disposition, shift pass-downs, and specification and change-request documentation. It requires a bachelor's or master's in a materials, mechanical, chemical, or physics-related discipline, plus relevant experience with metrology, lithography, or laser tools.
