About the role

This engineer owns one or more 300mm diffusion toolsets in a high-volume semiconductor fab, covering safety, tool matching, availability, and excursion-free operation. The role also includes new process module development, tool qualification, and transfers to production. Candidates need an engineering STEM degree plus semiconductor manufacturing and diffusion or implant equipment experience.
