Ocotillo Failure Analysis Engineer – TEM/Probing Engineer

About the role

Analyzes failed silicon devices, wafers, and packages in a semiconductor lab, using electrical probing, TEM, SEM, and other characterization to find root causes and improve yield. Requires a STEM bachelor's degree, 2+ years of hands-on TEM, FIB, SEM, or nanoprobing experience, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
