About the role

Leads yield performance for advanced substrate packaging used in heterogeneous die integration, owning defect reduction, DFM/DFY work, and yield readiness across foundry and product groups. Requires deep semiconductor manufacturing experience, influence over suppliers and cross-functional teams, and experience building analytics or AI-based defect detection systems.
