About the role

Lead investigations into yield and defect issues for advanced packaging and substrate programs, using microscopy, SEM/EDS, FIB and other characterization methods to find root causes. Requires a master's with 3+ years of semiconductor or failure analysis lab experience, or a PhD, plus skill in mentoring and data analysis. On-site lab role.
