Defect Metrology Engineer

About the role

This role owns and optimizes defect inspection and review tools used in semiconductor manufacturing. The engineer analyzes tool performance with statistical methods, troubleshoots equipment issues, improves recipes, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Candidates need a science or engineering degree, four or more years in equipment engineering, and strong data analysis and communication skills.
