Advanced Packaging Substrate Supplier Enablement Lead

About the role

The role leads qualification and readiness of substrate suppliers for advanced packaging technologies such as high-density FCBGA and glass core, managing milestones and coordinating engineering and supplier teams. It requires packaging process integration experience, yield and quality risk analysis, and supplier management, along with evening meetings with East Asian suppliers and occasional travel.
