About the role

Works with suppliers and internal teams to improve substrate manufacturing quality, yield, cost and process control. Defines inspection methods, leads root cause and failure analysis, and runs supplier selection and process window validation. Requires 8+ years in semiconductor fab, substrate or assembly, deep substrate process knowledge, and strong English communication.
