Senior Substrate Engineer

About the role

This role develops and optimizes process integration methods for advanced semiconductor packaging substrates to improve yield and reliability. The engineer works with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, supports ramp-up to high-volume production, and needs a relevant engineering degree, 3+ years of process experience, and skill with characterization tools such as SEM, AFM, and X-ray.
