AR Collection Analyst

About the role

Manages accounts receivable for a designated customer portfolio, covering reconciliations, payment follow-up, dispute resolution and cash collection against KPIs. Works with customer finance teams and internal business units to streamline processes and reduce delinquencies, and builds automation to improve efficiency. Requires finance or business operations experience, fluent English and Japanese, and SAP and MS Office skills.
