Collection Project Management Analyst

About the role

This role coordinates cross-functional projects and manages customer collections, disputes and payment escalations across the order-to-cash cycle. It also leads the collection cash forecast process and works with systems teams on reporting and automation. Candidates need at least three years of collections experience, project management skills, and fluent English and Mandarin.
