About the role

The role drives yield improvements in semiconductor manufacturing by isolating failures, analyzing yield limiters with statistical and big-data methods, and working with design, test and process teams on process changes. It requires a engineering degree, 3+ years in failure analysis or test engineering, and familiarity with scan ATPG, fault isolation and tester platforms.
