Testchip Product Development Engineer

About the role

This role develops test flows, methods and hardware for production testing of integrated circuits, from feasibility through high-volume manufacturing ramp. It involves debugging automatic test equipment, device characterization, yield analysis and writing test software. Candidates need a relevant degree, programming skills in Python or C/C++, and knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
