This leader drives testchip design and execution for advanced process nodes, owning schedules, design rule interpretation, full-flow layout to DRC-clean sign-off, and Tape-In delivery. The role also builds automation and AI-driven tooling and coaches engineers across distributed sites. Requires a bachelor's degree, 8+ years of layout and test structure experience, and 5+ years leading teams.
