Testchip Analog Product Development Engineer- HVM position

About the role

This role covers testability and production test development for analog and RF integrated circuits, from feasibility through production ramp. The engineer builds design-for-test features, debugs ATE test software, correlates test and design validation results, and works on calibration, trimming and yield. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering and 3+ years in analog or RF product development.
