Senior CPU Circuit Design Engineer

About the role

This role designs custom digital circuits for CPU blocks, including memory, balancing power, performance, area, timing and yield. The engineer develops and verifies circuits through schematic entry, simulation and layout checks, and works with architecture and layout teams. Candidates need a relevant degree with substantial custom circuit experience, plus knowledge of advanced CMOS and EDA tools.
