About the role

Leads end-to-end new product introduction for semiconductor assembly and test, from technology transfer and factory start-up through qualification and high-volume manufacturing. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, owns sample builds and program schedules, and tracks yield and capability metrics. Requires 8+ years of NPI or manufacturing experience and a technical degree.
