Manufacturing Equipment Engineering Manager (Assembly)

About the role

This role leads a team of engineers and technicians who maintain, repair, and optimize assembly manufacturing equipment to meet uptime, yield, and quality targets. The manager also handles root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, team training and certification, and shift staffing. It requires a degree, at least 3 years of manufacturing or equipment maintenance experience, and knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
