E-core CPU Layout Design Engineer

About the role

This role creates physical layouts for custom analog, digital, and memory blocks in a high-performance CPU line, checking design rules and reliability such as electromigration and IR drop. The engineer works with circuit designers, builds layouts with automated placers and routers, and needs 9+ years of layout experience plus VLSI/CMOS knowledge and scripting in shell, TCL, and Perl.
