DFT Design Engineering Intern

About the role

The internship supports chip design and training, helping build test methods that catch silicon defects and assisting engineers with test architecture. Students in electrical or computer engineering or computer science are eligible, and knowledge of VLSI, Unix or System Verilog is a plus.
