NPI Engineer

About the role

Coordinates new product introduction execution at an assembly and test manufacturing facility, guiding builds from engineering samples through high-volume manufacturing. Leads cross-functional schedule tracking, milestone readiness, root cause investigations, and factory certification documentation. Requires an engineering degree, five or more years of NPI or manufacturing experience, and knowledge of assembly and test processes and statistical analysis.
