Die Prep Module Engineer (Contract Role)

About the role

This contract engineer role owns and optimizes high-speed pick and place equipment and processes in a semiconductor die preparation factory, driving yield, uptime and stability. It involves troubleshooting, vendor collaboration, SPC, DOE and FMEA-based root cause analysis, and documenting procedures. A relevant engineering degree and about two years of experience are expected, though fresh graduates are welcome.
