CUF TD Module Engineer

About the role

The role develops assembly processes and equipment for capillary underfill modules in semiconductor packaging, improving manufacturing yield, quality, and reliability through design of experiments and reliability testing. It requires an advanced or bachelor's degree in an engineering or physics field, at least three years of experience, and a grounding in semiconductor assembly. Onsite presence is required.
