Assembly Handling Systems Development Engineer

About the role

Develops high-accuracy, high-speed pick-and-place handling processes for advanced semiconductor chip packaging, including recipe development, nozzle tooling design, and resolving floor-level equipment issues. Candidates need a STEM degree, motion control and vision system experience, and a basic understanding of semiconductor packaging. The role is on-site in Kulim, Malaysia.
