Drives sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, cost reduction and supply continuity for advanced packaging materials, working with engineering, finance, legal and operations. Requires 6+ years in supply chain or commodity management, strong negotiation skills, and semiconductor packaging knowledge is preferred. The hybrid role is based in Tokyo and Penang.
