About the role

This role optimizes supply chains for advanced semiconductor packaging materials, covering supplier performance, alternate sourcing for single-sourced commodities, and quality excursions. It works with technology development, package design, and factory teams and requires an engineering or materials science degree, six or more years of experience, fluent Japanese and English, and knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
