Device Engineer

About the role

Develops and optimizes advanced FinFET transistor devices in a high-volume chip fab, driving device performance targets, yield ramp-up and root-cause fixes with process and integration teams. Builds predictive models of device performance and supports foundry customer specifications. Requires a technical degree and 5-10 years of semiconductor device or FinFET manufacturing experience.
