PERC Rule Deck Development Engineer

About the role

The role develops, validates and maintains PERC rule decks that detect electrical reliability risks such as ESD paths, current density and floating gates, working with process and foundry teams. It requires Calibre PERC experience, knowledge of ESD and latch-up reliability, strong debugging skills, and Python or Tcl scripting.
